I couldn’t be more pleased with our transaction involving N7215J, a 2006 G36 Bonanza. After trying to sell the aircraft myself for the past couple of months I was amazed you put together several well qualified buyers and was able to conclude a sale within 2 weeks of turning the plane over for you to sell. Well done!
To make things even better, you increased the asking price that I had listed and got that number. Bottom line, I got, after commissions, nearly 10% more than I anticipated I would get by selling myself.
But the thing that really amazed me was your calling me to tell me that the delivery costs I agreed to cover were actually less than agreed to. How often does a sales person call a client to inform them they would get a refund on what they agreed to pay? I would have had no reason to know what your costs were and was blown away when I got the refund check.
Honesty and integrity are not very common these days. However, when dealing with you and your company it is clear those two attributes are a part of your culture. If I get back into the aviation business again you will be the first person I call.
