I realize nobody actually writes a letter of appreciation any more, but I wanted to do so.
Thanks for your help in selling Meridian 651TP at a very fair price and buying Matrix 176HP. Both sale and purchase went quickly and cleanly and all aspects were handled very professionally. Your staff – Corby, Sherry, Susan and everyone were great to work with during the process. The sum is always would you do it again, and I would.
Let’s do Bonanza this fall. I will bring Matrix for a “spa day” and cleaning, checking also when we go back to Florida in November. Again Thanks

Thanks for calling and checking on us on the way home. Matt flew and trained the entire way home. We landed in Shreveport at 8:00 pm only because of pattern work at several airports on the way home. We left FXE around 10:00 am Saturday. Matt finished his training Sunday night. He was hooked up to the fire-hose. Nothing like intense training.
The Ovation is very impressive. The back was very comfortable. Reclining back seats was very surprising. A muscle car with wings as Richard puts it. Rotating at 65, accelerating to 120 in cruise climb just makes you want to smile. Matt and I really appreciate all the hard work you and your staff did for N120GX. We are grateful. I have sung your praises to my friends. I would not hesitate to recommend Premier to anyone looking for a plane. If you ever have a need for a prospective client needing to talk to an existing customer for a reference, don't hesitate I'm your man. Thanks again

I want to thank you and the Premier gang for getting my Mooney back on track! Premier certainly went "above and beyond the call of duty" by getting a mechanic to drop by and take a look at N535R on his way back from Ocala. Adrian, your mechanic, was courteous, and professional. He found a loose alternator wire which has apparently fixed my electrical problems. Ray has done a great job facilitating and co-ordinating the effort. This morning, I flew into FXE and Raymond Ocasio was there to immediately reprogram my G1000 data cards - getting the system fully functional again. It appears that my card reader/writer was not able to reliably download the chartview updates. I will get a new card reader and hope this problem does not recur. While I was there Wes Dale reviewed the electrical systems and emergency procedures with me. He has certainly provided me with added, valuable insight on the system. In short, your staff and facility provides a valuable service for Mooney owners and I am very pleased with the exceptional support you have given me. Now my Mooney flying will be a little more care free and enjoyable.

Thanks for making my buying decision easy at Premier. I'm glad I purchased the Mooney Acclaim Type S. I know I have a way to go some hard work to do before I become comfortable and competent flying my new Acclaim solo. Corby was a very good instructor with a lot of patience. In fact, everyone I have dealt with at Premier Aircraft Sales, Inc. has exceeded all of my expectations in purchasing an aircraft. You have compiled a very professional and knowledgeable team.
The Acclaim gives me more challenges and an has made me identify some goals which will include me earning my IFR rating. Hopefully by this time next year I will be looking at my next aircraft purchase which will be my the next step towards my final aviation "mission".

Mr. Fred Ahles, I wanted to personally send you a note of thanks! As you are aware, I am purchasing my first aircraft from Premier Aircraft Sales. This means I am constantly calling Art asking very trivial questions, because of the lack of knowledge I have in purchasing an aircraft. I was very reluctant to spend the time and money to travel from Nashville, TN to Ft. Lauderdale, FL to look at the aircraft I was interested in. As most men do not like to do, I had to admit to my wife that I was wrong about my apprehensions. The aircraft was better than I had been assured it would be. The hospitality shown by your staff, including Art Spengler, was more than professional. I had recently looked at another aircraft with another dealer and was very disappointed at how the transaction began to proceed. This left me with a very uneasy feeling about aircraft dealers and aircraft ownership. Once I spent a couple of hours with your staff, I was not only at ease, but felt like I was the only customer you had. Well once again you have done it to me; when will it stop? You would think that after buying four airplanes for you I would have figured out how you operate and be able to combat your wiles. Seriously, here we are once again. And once again, I have to tell you what a pleasure it has been doing this latest transaction. As you know, over the years, I have owned many airplanes. Therefore, I have other transactions to compare with this purchase of the Piper Meridian. In fact, rather than just comparing to the Meridian, I can compare those many transactions over the years to the four we have completed. You have far surpassed the efficiency and concern for customer service that I have received from the brokers or salesmen involved in the other transactions. In your book, it is obvious that customer satisfaction is job one. You do more than talk the talk, you walk the walk. That probably says it all as far as why I keep coming back for more punishment. As for the airplane, though I have only flown it five hours or so, it is beyond questions terrific. During the flight to Tennessee, I finally had a good chance to look around without being under the pressure of the training environment, and I am definitely impressed with the panel and the thought that went into the various systems. It is simply a delight to fly! Having owned many airplanes from a Cessna 182RG through a Citation IISP, I can tell you that I am probably happier with all aspects of the Meridian over the others. I knew we were in for a treat when the plane was delivered without squawks and it survived my first training flight without complaint. I recently purchased a used Saratoga from your Ft. Lauderdale location. I am writing to advise you of the outstanding personnel I had the pleasure to work with during the inspection, purchase and delivery of this aircraft. Everyone at the Ft. Lauderdale facility was helpful, friendly and professional. However, I would like to particularly commend Mr. Fred Ahles and Mr. Art Spengler for their exceptional efforts to make the purchase an easy and stress free event. Both gentlemen went out of their way time and again to make sure everything went smoothly and to my satisfaction. Although the aircraft I was buying was 22 years old, I was treated as though I was buying a new Citation Jet. Most impressive to me were the efforts made on my behalf after the sale was completed. I had to leave for a one-month trip to Australia the day I closed on the plane and had no time to arrange for its storage. Art Spengler and Fred Ahles arranged for the storage for me and, upon my return, had the airplane transported to Vero Beach for the training I needed to obtain insurance. They also provided me with two additional days of training by a local instructor to further acquaint me with the plane and made sure the plane was 100% by the time I flew it away, including repairs to the autopilot. I do not know if this will be my last plane or if I will someday move up to a Malibu. But if I do buy another plane, I would not consider making the purchase anywhere but at Premier Aircraft Sales in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. They are truly a class act. The flight home Saturday was textbook, thanks to the effort of the whole team who delivered this incredible plane to me. It is incredible flying the 262! The actual flying doesn't seem a huge difference but the systems on board makes the experience way different. The KFC150 takes a lot of the "flying" out of the equation. The flight back from Fort Lauderdale was great. I flew at 16k and FL200 on each of the two legs with speeds I only previously dreamed were possible (although I guess the days of 8.5-9 gal/hr are gone forever!). I want each of you to know how much I appreciate your making this delivery as impressive as it was. Earle, thanks for coordinating the activities. Wes and Ray thanks for all the effort getting this plane virtually squawk free and the extra effort on Friday afternoon to fix all the last minutes issues that were discovered, including the auxiliary power outlet at 5 p.m. Friday. Corby, I appreciate your excellent coaching and thorough preparation getting me up to speed on the more advanced systems and techniques for this plane. Susan, thanks for the smooth processing of the paperwork. Fred, I appreciate the personal attention you also provided Friday. You have put together a team of professionals that is most impressive, a credit to your vision for a top flight aircraft sales and service company and motivation to keep this team working smoothly. The following is a reprint of a July 2005 MAPA Log Letter to the Editor. All rights reserved. By: Richard F. Marz, D.D.S. We will many times write letters to tell of a bad experience with a vendor or supplier of parts or services. I want to write a letter to let MAPA members know of a recent good experience that I had with Premier Aircraft Sales of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. I had been in the market for a late model Ovation for several months. There were, and still are, numerous beautiful aircraft on the market. One Ovation ad that I saw was of interest to me. I called Earle Boyter of Premier Aircraft Sales. After discussing this plane I decided to move on. Earle offered to "keep an eye out" for what I was interested in. Earle called me about an Ovation 2 that I would only dream about having. Between Earle, and Fred Ahles, the owner of Ft. Lauderdale Premier, they made it possible for me to purchase a beautiful 2004 Ovation 2 for payments similar to that of a much higher time and older Mooney. I realize that they cannot do the same things they did for me in every case, but the day before acquiring my new ride, Earle "swung by" on his way back to Florida and picked me up. This prevented me from having to buy a commercial flight ticket and deal with all the hassles that go with it, plus, I got a chance to fly the new GX Ovation on the way down! Since our next morning departure was early, Premier had breakfast waiting on us when we arrived. Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. I got to meet all the support people that I had been speaking to on the phone. I also met with Wes Dale and Ray Bysiewicz -veteran Mooney mechanics- who pledged to support me in any way possible. In the two small warranty issues I have dealt with since my purchase, I have been pleasantly surprised by the cooperation I immediately received. Corbin Hallaran, Premiers' Flight Instructor, gave me the customary checkout to familiarize me with my new Ovation. He methodically taught me about all the systems that differed from my 201. Time was spent in the practice area then another hour or so doing a few take-offs and landings- then log book entry. After we flew and discussed my performance and flight characteristics of the Ovation, Premier had N92PA refueled at no charge to me for my trip home! Since my purchase I have been contacted several times by the staff at Premier. They were making sure that all the facets of my purchase were satisfactory. I have come to expect little service from anyone these days because of my experiences. I can honestly say that I have only good things to say about Fred Ahles and his staff at Premier Aircraft Sales! I would whole-heartedly recommend them for your consideration whether it is for aircraft purchase or service. Thank you for making my dream purchase a pleasure!
